It gave us the usual warnings about going outside, as the National Guard hadn’t cleaned out all the bodies of the zombies who didn’t make it and the humans who had died in the wake of warfare. We were supposed to go to a city-wide meeting in the local high school auditorium two days from now, which was much closer to us than the college was. It wasn’t a long broadcast, but the end of it made my hair stand on end.

And in notable news, the Cure that was given country-wide has developed some side effects. It appears that those who were unInfected when the Cure was released have been exhibiting symptoms of a similar virus.
